Added
- Birthday & anniversary wishes: alongside birthdays, you can now send automatic wishes for donor wedding anniversaries, and for volunteer and employee work anniversaries. Work anniversaries use each person's joining date, so there is nothing extra to enter.
- Brand colour: pick your organisation's colour once in Settings and it is used across your donation page, campaign pages, public website and social share image — no more Sevastack green on your donor-facing pages.
- Documents: certificates that expire (80G, 12A, FCRA) now show their validity date, with a warning when one has lapsed or is within 90 days of lapsing.
- Documents: each document shows when it was uploaded and by whom.
- Donation form: a "Preview donation form" button to open the page exactly as donors see it, and a one-line summary at the top of what donors currently experience.
- Bank accounts: total money held, per-group totals, FCRA registration validity, and a clear count of accounts never reconciled against a bank statement.
Changed
- Settings has been reorganised: related settings are grouped together, and every setting is named in plain language ("How donors pay you" instead of "Payment Settings"). The old names still work in search.
- Settings, the sidebar, the tab bar and search now use the same name for the same page.
- Documents are grouped by why they matter — required to operate, asked for by funders, good to have — with the ones you already have listed first.
- Audited financials and annual reports are now filed by financial year. Uploading a new year files it in order automatically, instead of you having to move last year's file down a slot.
- Donation form: problems such as a quick-pick amount below your minimum are now flagged as you type, instead of failing when you press Save.
Fixed
- On phones, the Save button on settings pages sat behind the bottom navigation bar and could not be tapped.
- Donation form: scrolling the page with an amount field focused silently changed the amount.
- Documents: an expired 80G certificate showed a green "Uploaded" badge with no indication it had lapsed.
- Birthday settings: the "set up" and "approve template" links next to the WhatsApp option could not be clicked.
- Documents: team members without settings permission were shown an Email button they were not allowed to use.
