Yes. The Free plan has no trial period and no credit card required.
You'll get a gentle heads-up 7 days before you hit the limit. Nothing stops working — you can keep receiving donations and issuing receipts — but new donors/projects pause until you upgrade.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime, with no lock-in. When you upgrade, the new plan's features unlock immediately and billing for it starts when your current cycle ends — so you're never charged twice for the same days. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
The Free plan is our discount for small NGOs — it's genuinely free forever. For larger NGOs with tight budgets, email us — we review case by case.
Sevastack charges 0% platform fee. Your Razorpay account pays Razorpay's standard gateway fee (~2%) directly. UPI and bank transfers have zero fee.
Yes — basic payroll (payslips, leave management, reimbursements, Sevaspace portal) is included from the Starter plan. TDS on salary computation and bank reconciliation require the Growth plan.
